Mentoring Teams - Faith Partners recruits and trains volunteers from local caring communities and then matches them with a family who has requested support in becoming stable and financially healthy. Our program is unique because we use a team approach rather than one on one mentoring. The mentoring typically lasts for a year and covers activities where the volunteers coach the families in life skills, budgeting, goal setting and parenting, etc. The mentors establish a close relationship with the family meeting weekly as they assist them in achieving goals towards self reliance and family functioning.  ...MORE 

CrossRoads is a creatively developed program which has been designed to encourage, enrich and empower students to discover their purpose and destiny. Classes such as Self Discovery, Healthy Relationships, and Purpose Assessments are but a few of the examples of the cutting edge teaching that takes place within this class, preparing students to re-enter the workforce.
